SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer two shipping options for all U.S. orders:
- Standard Shipping: FREE on orders $70 and above. For orders under $70, a flat rate of $8 applies. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: $15 flat rate on all orders. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express with carrier-calculated rates shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7-21 business days depending on customs processing and your location.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Tracking
All shipments include tracking numbers so you can monitor your delivery.
Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are collected upon delivery.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
